After a storm, the aging wood fence was falling apart, so I replaced the damages sections. This was my last project as we sold the house before finishing the fence, but left the new owners with a lot of extra product to continue the project.

Bedroom 3 had the worst insulation - always too hot in the summer and cold in the winter. This took a lot of work to renovate, the result was the opposite, retained warmth in the winter, cool in the summer.

The bedrooms were not part of the original construction, like the kitchen it was an expansion on the house and not very well insulated.
